Basic Nutrition guide for everyday people

1. Portion Control: Portion sizes in restaurants and at fast food spots are twice the size they were 20 years ago..The easiest way to lose weight is to simply cut down how much you eat at each meal.

2. Healthier Choices: There’s a book..Eat this not that. If your gonna eat rice.. eat brown..if your gonna have pasta..have whole grain..etc.

3. Small Frequent Meals: Fasting is not smart..not eating stops your metabolism and is terrible for your health. Take a supermodel that doesnt eat for an example..they dont eat during their model career..stop modeling think they can eat and end up blowing up..regardless of how good they eat..if you dont have any metabolism whatever you eat your going to store.

4. When to eat: Breakfast is probably the most skipped meal. Your body is catabolic when you wake up because you havent eaten in hours..then you keep it there when you dont eat until lunch or your mid morning snack..Keeping your body in a catabolic state slows your metabolism. Around your workout is also a very important. Preworkout meal is important for your energy levels..Post workout so you dont go back to the catabolic state and because your body has used all of its nutrients and NEEDS more.

All in all..it comes down to cals in vs cals burned..
